There are 23 total stops on the two hop-on/hop-off routes and the buses depart each stop approximately every 30 minutes (more frequently during peak seasons). The buses run from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm daily.

Walking Tour

Join on us on our fabulous Arabian Treasures walk through the streets of merchants and markets of gold. This fully guided walk is absolutely free with your Bus ticket and lasts about an hour. It includes a traditional Abra boat ride across the busy Dubai Creek - the life blood of the city - and visits the mysterious markets where merchants have traded for centuries. Smell the aroma of the fragrant Spice Souk before you actually enter it! Explore the world famous Gold Souk where, with luck and a bit of haggling, you may pick up a bargain or two! This exciting walk will show you the hidden treasures and mysteries that Dubai has to offer. The magic is yours for the taking, let Big Bus conjure it up for you!

The Dhow Creek Cruise

Hop off the bus and explore Dubai's famous Creek!
Sail away on our Arabian Dhow Creek Cruise. This fully guided one hour river cruise is free and is included in your Bus ticket. Jump aboard a traditional wooden Arabic Dhow and glide down the beautiful Dubai Creek. You will be amazed as you gently sail through the sparkling emerald waters of the UAE's most famous waterway. Your informative commentary will tell you the history of the Creek and show you where sea merchants have traded for centuries and still do! Marvel at the traditional and modern buildings that make up the international Dubai of today. Just make sure you bring your camera!

Your cruise will take you to the mouth of the Creek with its stunning views of the Arabian Gulf before returning to the quay where you can re-board your Big Bus City tour. All you have to do is sit back on the sun-drenched deck and take it all in. True Arabic hospitality and refreshments are available on board. (Cruise runs Daily from Abra Station stop 7 @ 11:30, 1:30, 3:30 and 5:30)

Combination Dubai & Abu Dhabi Tour Option

The Dubai/Abu Dhabi Combination ticket provides you with access to the Hop On & Hop Off Double Decker Bus Tour of both Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Discover Dubai with your 24 hour ticket, and then explore Abu Dhabi on a subsequent day of your choice.

The Hop On & Hop Off Double Decker Tour of Abu Dhabi also includes 24 hour validity and enables you to hop on and off throughout the city. As in Dubai, the Abu Dhabi tour has digitally recorded commentary featuring eight languages. The tour includes all the major sights: from the opulent Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque to the traditional Iranian Market, plus a shuttle to Abu Dhabi’s entertainment capital, Yas Island, and free entrance to the Sky Tower at Marina Mall. There are 11 total stops on the hop-on/hop-off route and the buses depart from Marina Mall approximately every 30 minutes (more frequently during peak seasons). The buses run from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm daily.

There is no hotel pickup for this tour. Tours have the hop-on/hop-off ability and live English commentary is guaranteed on every departure.
